here she is!!

so this is our new little girl although she is not very little!!! mom and dad left and ow i feel as though we have never been more on our own. she is so special and at the same time i feel so inadequate to care for something so precious. mom and dad did so much i don't know how we can ever do this without them. last night was the first night without them and Maddy didn't really want to sleep so we ended up just sleeping for a bit longer in the morning. she is so wonderful though. she really only gets up every three hours on the dot to eat and have a change but other then that she just wants to chill out and look around. the delivery went so well! we were able to go all natural other than i was induced. i didn't want to be but the doctor said that it was the best option because i was 10 days over due. i know that i could not have done it without the help of my mom, Barry, and Cheryl. without them i would have had an epidural for sure!!! hahaha! it was so wonderful. i could not have asked for better supports and a greater experience. this is something i will Cherish forever. Barry is doing much and this is his last week of school. i wish i could say that that means hat i would get him for the summer but he will be off working for long days. what i man. i love him. you should see him with the baby. he does so good!!!

barry the babysitter!

Well now this goes to tell you just how wonderful of a babysitter Barry is going to be!! hahaha He just got home from work and the minute i handed him the baby that was the last i heard from either one of them! arnt they the cutest? I cant wait to see him hold our little gril next! He is going to be such a wonderful daddy. dont you think! not a day goes by that he tells me that hes not ready and to hold her in for as long as i can... Well honey i think your going to do so well, and ready or not here she comes!

day at the docs!!!

So today i went to the doctors for my 37.5Th week appointment and it was a blast let me tell you. The baby is very low and could come at any time!!! i cant wait. i have played basketball, eating spicy foods, walking, and even jumping on the bed! and nothing is working. The doctor said she just isn't ready. What does he know? other that everything about the birthing proses. well i guess we just have to sit back and wait. everything is all ready to welcome our little girl into the world. My mom is coming in less than a week and i cant wait to have her here to support me. I cant wait to see my dad too. He's going to be coming after she is born, but I'm just so glad that he is coming i really cant complain. well until the next update!

day in the canyons

Barry and i and some of our friends decided to take a picnic up to Red Cliffs. it was so much fun. we spent the whole day playing and climbing. It felt so good to get outside and be active. Although I think that this might be my last trip like it for some time it was great wile it lasted.
